What is there to say. Ummmhmmm. Well for starters it's gay well no shit but it's also Nitro+Chiral's first game! Ever! Wow!! The writing may be lacking for some parts and I wouldn't recommend it to a large audience due to its mature themes but it's definitely worth a shot since you claim to be really into VNs. A lot of the game's content includes rape, and it does get graphic on some parts, so there's that if you don't feel comfy with that stuff (which would be obviously understandable). I don't wanna give out any spoilers since I wouldn't want to ruin the fun for your first playthrough if you do end up playing it. The story can feel quick-paced but IMO it's also very easy to understand so it's never an issue. I found the cast likeable too! You can easily finish the game in 2-3 days... which I did... Togainu has two versions however, Lost Blood (which is the original, officially translated in English) and True Blood, which is sort of a re-release? Heavily censored and even re-written for some parts since it was meant for console and had to be suitable for players 15+, it also hasn't gotten any official english translation and I personally haven't played it. Back to what's interesting us -> Lost Blood. I got the uncensored (was there even a censored cut for this?) game for free on steamunlocked with no patches needed whatsoever. However. Most people might tell you NOT to get your stuff on that website because of malware. I personally couldn't care less and never had any issues with it. If you cannot be bothered with internet safety and wanna follow my steps, just avoid downloading any random files from potential popups. The actual link you wanna get should take you to a download page and make you wait for a few secs. Then it'll make you download a zip file named after the game. Piracy is great!
